Neck resizing and body / shoulder setback dies

Most top benchrest and fclass shooters in the US use a full length bushing die. Harrels dies are quite common for benchrest guys but some still use Redding. Some also use whidden or full out custom dies but they are mostly using full length dies. Alot of them will even say concentricity don't mean much unless it's extremely bad and they never check it.

Well - Bushing dies eliminate runout! The standard FL die pulls the expander button through the neck, which can cause the button to walk radially.

Bushing dies are only as good as the rest of the die. They help with run out but don't eliminate it and are only effective if the neck is a smaller than spec custom job and the necks have to be turned down to enter.

I remove the sizing button assembly and use a mandrel to set .002" neck tension. I use a universal decapping die to remove primers.
Virtually zero runout.
