Neck resizing?

I pulled some bullets on a few loads I wasn't happy with, and was wondering if its necessary to re-size the neck, or can I just re-seat a new bullet?

I dont usually. Just reseat the new bullet.

Depends. Plinker? No.

Target ammo? yes. You need the same neck tension.

If you're loading these into a semi you will want to resize atleast and probably crimp.

lets put it this way...
whatever neck tension you had before...
it will be less now

Not that thats necesarily a bad thing.
