Neck sizer for 358 Winchester

I'm having problems seating bullets in my 358 Winchester cases. Boattails are no problem. With flat based bullets I need to bell the case mouth. Called RCBS. Seems I need a neck expander #39831 for lead bullets. It will be for a .358 bullet with a gas check.

Does anyone use a die like this. Any reps in Canada that would carry such items. RCBS informed me it would be a while before they could ship it.

Should I crimp the bullet in or not if I seat it. I plan on using it for silliouette
shooting.
 
Lee has a universal expander die that does what you want. I think it would work on .358" but might want to check that. I use mine for various 30 cal items and it works well. It is very simple and cheap to buy.
 
put a little more chamfer on your neck and or bell the neck slightly with a pair of needle nose pliers.
 
I concur with Commonman, the Lee Universal die is $12 and works on all calibers except .50 and higher, the RCBS one would be cal. specific, everyone should have the Lee one.
