Neck sizing 8x56r brass

I wonder if i should order neck sizer for above mentioned caliber.My concern is that M95 has a rotating bolt and i'm not sure if it would close properly like any other bolt action.

Getting brass in this caliber is very hard and despite my best efforts in annealing necks of those cases are still splitting.

Right where bullet is being held by the case that is within first 3/16 of the neck.I'm using Lee bullets "as cast" .330 and inside case mouth after sizing measures .325.

Its situation like this that make me want to get a lathe. I have the same problem with 8mm Kropatscheck.
