You polished the bullet?
If you don't see marks on a polished bullet, then seat em out .050 farther and try again until you do. Then move the bullet slowly into the case in .005 increments until the marks are minuscule.
Are you measuring to the tip of the bullet or are you using a comparator?
If you are measuring to the tip then your bullet is WAYYY in the case. Mine measure 1.851 with a comparator and that is .015-.018 into the lands with the bearing surface into the case approx .135
