Need .22 help on CIL model 212 ??????

Recently came into owning a CIL model 212 semi auto. Can't seem to find any info on this little 22 rifle. Some help would be great guys!
Some times it won't cycle after trigger pull ( rifle has been cleaned inside and out ) and sometimes it just fires full auto (4-5rds not good when at the range)
Really getting fed up with this thing.
Please help a guy out before I turn it into scrap

CIL rebranded other manufacturer's products as their own. Do some research on cross-brand to determine who actually made it or post some pics. With that, we may be able to help further.

it sounds like your fireing pin is sticking or your sear is'nt holding the bolt back after your first shot. just my opinion .
