Need a better reference than Cartridges of the World

I have encountered the tiniest centrefire cartridge I have ever seen. It is more a novelty than a real threat. The OAL is about 1/2" and the diameter is about 5/32nds. Rimmed with a proper primer. The bullet is smaller than the mouth of course, and is shiny. So maybe nickle plated. It looked like a scrap on the workbench until I spotted it through the sawdust. I described it as about the diameter of a big pencil lead.

Cartridges of the World doesn't go small enough. What other sources are there to put a name to this little fella?
