Things are falling together nice over here.
Got a press this morning and have almost everything I need, except a case trimmer.
My lee press came with one, but it requires me to go out and buy collars to get it in my press. They don't seem to have a collar for the load I want to do first, 220 Swift.
So, I need some recommendations on a "kit", something that comes with the parts to do the swift, 17 rem, 204, 270 win.
Is there such a thing as a kit that will cover most hunting rifle calibers?
I bought the Lee anniversary single stage as a whole kit. I don't need the scale or the case trimmer that came with it.

30 bucks is about a third of what I thought I would be paying. Thanks.
Is there a brand name I can look up?

For straight square cuts there's nothing better than Wilson. Sinclair sells them. Avoid trimmers that use a shell holder collet and case neck pilot. Sorry to hear bout the Lyman. Just for giggles place a trimmed cartridge in a run out indiater and run the dial indicater on the edge of the cut and watch the dial dance.

I know your not a fan of the lyman trimmer Chin. I'll upgrade if and when I get into precision shooting. For now though I think I'll be good with my Lyman which beats the hell out of the Lee job I got my the anniversary kit. I'll see how my freshly trimmed 7.62x25 brass performs at the range tomorrow.
