Need a definitive answer: Are blueguns (training pistols) legal?

LOL. i have a BLUE gun for most all the pistols I train with .. although a yellow, orange or black gun would get me arrested! Its PLASTIC APARTHIED!!!!

I personally found that the blue ones had more felt recoil then the orange ones. ymmv
