I am looking for someone that can properly repair a JM Marlin 45/70 gun stock for me in Edmonton or surrounding area. I bought it from another CGNer and Canada Post opened the box during shipping and there are 2 crack in the butt stock that I need to get fixed now. They are not large cracks but enough to scare me out of using it or repairing such a beautiful gun myself. Any recommendations would be great

Cheers

PM David Henry on this site. He is close to Rimbey and I have heard nothing but good of his skills. Do a search I think there was some pictures a while back of a stock he made.

Rod Hendrikson 780-455-3006 he is just off 118 ave around 152 St if I remember correctly. You can google his site as well. Will not rip you off

I am going to contact Rod this week and see what I can do. I will have to check with the seller to see if it was insured. I just really want to know why it was opened. I will update once I find out
