Need a little BB course info...

Hey Folks.

Just wanted to ask how long the days are on the BB course. I'm off to Barrie this weekend and I am trying to figure out if I need to get a hotel in the area or if the days are not that long so that I can commute. Just seeing if it is scheduled for 5, 6, 8, 12 hour days.

I have just under a 2 hour drive to the course (depends on traffic of course).

Anyone around the Barrie gun club recommend a hotel?

Any info would be great.

You should probably ask your BB instructor.......saying that, when I did mine, they were 7 hour days!

we do ours in two days in Alberta but usually i run day one 8 or 9 hours depending on the class size and how good they are. Sunday i try to finish up in 7 again depending on class and how many people i get out to shoot the mini match. however what i do do is change the number of stages in the mini match to try and get everyone away at a decent time.

Count on 4+ hours for the Friday lecture, a good 8 hours on the range Saturday, and probably the same Sunday.

If you get a good group who listen more than they talk, eat lunch quickly, and stay focused, most of the timed drills can be done successfully before the end of business Saturday.

I generally run 3 hours class on Friday.

8 hour ranges on Sat

7 hour range and 1 hour class on Sunday.
