need a shotgun for deer!!!

my new deer spot is pretty good, problem I can only use shotgun there and the only one I have is a cil single shot 20ga, there is a possibility of 200yds shots
what do you shotgun experts suggest

Are you still in NB? Because if so, anyplace you can shoot a shotgun with a slug, legally, you can hunt with a rifle and it is going to be much easier to get a rifle capable of a 200 yard shot than a shotgun.

It's not the drop, it's the size of the group.

This, and you need to know the size of your group at the range you are shooting. Which would require real-world testing.

Haven't seen a current production Mossberg 500 not tapped for a rail.

Get the Savage 212 or 220. Both are bolt action; one is 12 ga. other is 20 ga. Around $700.00. Great reviews for quality and accuracy...........

Yupp. If you can find one... Good luck on that... And probably wont be saving much these days because they are getting rare on the resale market and non-existent in stores...

I have the H&R tracker II in 20 gauge. Brobee was able to drill and tap a small rail on the top that fits my fast fire 3. I get 3" groups at 100 yards with Accutips. I'd take a shot at a deer at 200yards, but I'd actually have to see a deer first. (tag soup is bitter!)
