Just tarting up an 870 and the single point sling plate I have hangs to low and gets in the way of my pistol grip using the Mesa adapter.
Need one that mounts between the adapter and receiver. Anyone have a model that they have bought in Canada that they have used and like?

Must be available in lefty as well.. :)

Yeah, wasn't crazy about his style of plate, but maybe the HK ones would do...

A matter of tastes I guess. I prefer the lower mounting point and the flat strap instead of the ring type high mounted adapter. With the higher mount, it's easy to go ambi, but I just didn't dig the feel.

I was looking at BBB's plates again. I think maybe it will do just fine. It will take the sling I already have, and looks like it mounts nice and flush to the receiver and adapter / stock.

I use th GG+G plates, although I am picking up a mesa car stock adapter tomorrow and will probably go with the mesa plate since it looks like the mesa adapter has a notch cut out specifically for it, and they do have left hand ones.

Casey at Tac ord has the adapter, I'm not sure if he has the sling plates. I will be picking mine up tomorrow night and plan on asking him then.

if your useing a stock adaptor, you will have to use eather our stoc kadaptor or the mesa tactical, as both can be used wityh sngle point slings.
Our AR15 870 CQB MKIII has sngle point sling mounts built on, nothing to stick out the side.
use eather 1 1/4" web loop or Mash hook.

Can you get these to work on non-tacticool 870s? More clearly: the ducks prefer to come in when I'm out messing with my decoys and I want to always have the shotty at hand but with an over the shoulder sling the 870 slides off your back when you bend over. These could be the solution but I'm worried the 28" barrel will dig in the mud when I'm bent down messing with dekes.
Thoughts/solutions?? :)
