Try a 243 Winchester with light bullets, it can be loaded up too for bears and deer.

Another vote for the 22-250.

The 22-250 is a bit much , the 222 is a bit light, the .223 is a good middle of the road choice that you can shoot aloth , and not have to swap out the barrel every year or so.

.22-250 is great! If you want to go a little bigger there's always the .243 or even the .25-06.
