Not quite yet. Doing the research now... I'm liking the idea of a tikka build. 16" barrel (so I'd have to remove the old barrel). The Tikka would work as they have a short bolt throw angle and easily replaceable barrel system. The 70 degree throw is still a little tight, I tried the scope on a Ruger American Ranch just to see (also have a 70 degree angle) and it works but it's close.
Second option would be a deadline ultimatum action. Much pricier but better bolt throw at 60 degrees. Then I just buy the barrel, trigger and stock I want. Most expensive option.
A Browning X-bolt would prob be the cheapest option and would work very well with a 55 degree bolt throw, but there's not a lot of after market support for those, changing barrels isn't as easy as a Tikka or ultimatum, I can't find bottom metal for the x-bolt to take AICS mags, and I've heard mixed reviews - very good and sort of bad - on the accuracy of their rifles. Though a barrel replacement might mitigate that issue
