In terms of mechanical accuracy -- locked in a rest -- any reasonable .22 is going to be more accurate than the shooter. IMO, it comes down more to the design features that make it easier for the shooter to keep the sights still while pressing the trigger. A good trigger, a nice grip, and a fairly heavy muzzle mass all help with that. I'd probably recommend the Model 41. It's fairly heavy, which helps keep it stable while aiming. They can certainly be fussy about which standard velocity ammunition they like (generally CCI is your best bet), but can work well with high velocity, too. Used ones are readily available. The Hammerli X-esse (Sig Trailside) is very much like the Model 41, but I personally find it too light for my tastes. I haven't had the opportunity to use the Beretta, but would say that the reviews are not completely positive.
