Hi,
I've bought a Savage 10FCP-SR with a Bushnell Elite Tactical 4200 6x24-50 a couple of months ago to start target/precision shooting.
For those who don't know the model it has the accustock (alu bedding) 24'' barrel with 1/10'' twist.

I shot approximately 300 rounds through it so I assume everything is in place now, I was looking mainly for consistency of the ammo over hitting bullseye and the barrel was warm not crazy hot nor cold.
The 3 brands I tried were:
Winchester super x 180gr (sorry no image but shot similar to the hornady bellow.)
Hornady Match 168gr @ 130yds

Remington Core Lokt 150gr @ 130yds

The 180gr and 168gr shot really bad as opposed to the 20$ 150gr from remignton. I really had high expectation for the match ammo since everybody seems to like this one so do you have any recommendation for another brand/model of ammo I should try?
Also I shot most of the first 300rds with 145gr ammo does it affect/explain why I have better results with the 150gr over the 168gr?
My guess is it don't but that's the only logical explanation I have for getting such results.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
