+1 for this !! I have a CZ 75B 9mm and I love it, but my father has a CZ Shadow and I regret to not have this one...but hey, I can shoot my father's one for free LOL !!! :D
 
Easy Fix

I also have small hands with the P226. Get the short trigger from questar for $49 (i think that is the price). It takes 5 minutes to install and reduces the length of the trigger by a lot. I was in the same boat as you and now there is no way I will get rid of my p226.:D
 
lol! Ruel only seems to chime in when he can reccomend a CZ, I dunno can someone so vocal about his CZ be wrong????

That said try an M&P (and a CZ) the M&P has adjustable grips (nice if you have Big or Small hands), and while you are looking try to find a Baby eagle, they are really nice to hold... I've never shot one so I have no opinion that way, but I have an M&P and I've shot a CZ, Glock etc.... and I bought an M&P......

Guess which one I'm pushing!!!! lol:D
 
Could you not just buy a G35 slide, barrel and spring? Might be cheaper than a new G35 and I think it fits on your G17 frame. Just a thought

.......... lol :D ! There is too much thread about "What 9mm pistol is the best ? or What 9mm pistol should I buy ?" I do what I can ;)
