Need CHEEEEP powder suggestion for a Thundermug

I am building a thundermug at work.

I need a pile of cheap as possible black powder or similar or blasting powder to run this thing.

ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Make your own black powder and corn it to your specs for large blasting grains? I can't see a cheap source of black powder in your future otherwise...

Making your own powder, is a dangerous business.
But that cannon does look like a lot of fun. Maybe contact Higginsons, and see if you can work out a deal.

Find a black powder club/group in your area, or reenactors. They will often get a bulk order shipped to them once a year. Bulk powder usually comes in 25lb mylar bags.
