I bought an folding stock and forend kit for my HP9. The stock went together with no issues but the foreend is proving to be a real pain in the ass. The instructional videos on the ATI website show the forend adapters just sliding onto the magazine tube but mine required a bit of effort to get them down and when assembled the front of the magazine tube is too deep inside the forend to put on the ring nut. I triple checked and have the right adapters on the shotgun. Any suggestions?
edited to add: got it figured out with a little bit of trimming and a pot of boiling water to heat and expand the adapter.
