Need Help finding see-thru Riser mount for AR15

I have a RRA 16" with fixed A2 sight, what I want to do is as follows

For Right now!!!!(this weekend or next)
I want to put a scope on for testing some loads at 100m I a have about 1000 rounds waiting to be made, but I want to test 6 different batches I made. I can do it with open sights, but I really want to use a scope

For Later this year (December / January)
I want to install an Eotech 3x maginfier with Eotech xps(questars)

So in short looking for cheap way to mount a scope, i have tryed high rings and the A2 sight is still in the way
 
There really is no good way to mount a sight to the Fixed Carry Handle uppers

The ARMS mount above is about the best -- and I broke about 4 of those...

Sorry might have miss explained myself I am still new to the AR club

I have the detachable tactical carry handle and just need a riser to install a scope,

Can anyone tell me where I can get a riser mount for this type of AR to install a scope that is not blocked by the front sight?
 
If your scope is more than 3x the front sight will ghost out.

High rings should work -- you will have a small ghost image of the front sight - but it will not interfer.
 
Fabsports.ca in Montreal sell a number of different riser mounts for very reasonable prices. Go to their website and check them out. Good people to deal with with quick turn-around when you order.
