Need help fixing old Cooey

I have had one answer to this question from another forum, but I am still looking for possibilities. I need to take the bolt apart on an old cooey "canuck", similar to a model 82 I believe, but I can not. It appears that there is either a pin or a screw near the bolt face. I do not want to try to pound it out if it is a screw, and if it is a screw, either I do not have the correct size driver/allen wrench, or the head is stripped. Any help you could give would be appreciated. The other answer said that there is a special tool required as there is still signficant pressure on the spring that will not allow the pin to be punched out.
