Look like a sportered endfield I think.
Inscription on the rifle:
Sht.L.E
III*
B.S.A.Co
1918

Do you have some info on theses and what is the value?
Thanks

It is what is says it is: a 1918 Short Lee Enfield Mk III*, manufactured by Birmingham Small Arms Co. Designation was changed No1 MkIII* in the '20's.

Value $75-150 depending on condition. If it's scoped, the scope may be worth more than the rifle.

"...some info on these..." It's a bubba'd W.W. I vintage .303 British rifle. Check the headspace before you shoot it. Thousands of 'em were assembled out of parts bins with zero QC. If the headspace is bad, it's not safe to shoot with any ammo.

Thanks for the advices, I'm new to the Enfield world and I think that I found a good restoration project. I sure have to make a 0.074" gage on the lathe.
When you guys talking about "Matching serial numbers " , can you tell me what parts ? Receiver and bolt, and what else?
