could someone please measure the lower with buttstock in its shortest position in inches?
Looking to see if it will fit in my h ttp://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/stack-on-pistol-security-cabinet-0755657p.html#.VH9ALDHF9yU with the upper removed until my new safe arrives.
FYI the middle shelf in the pic is not installed.

Mine fully collapsed with a CTR stock installed is 39.5cm or 15.55 inches long hope this helps. I think the standard stock is a little thinner so it might just squeeze in depending on what the interior dimensions of that cabinet is.

This would save me buying a cheap interim cabinet while waiting for my safe.
im guessing the diagonal of the opening is 18" so i can slide it in that way
