hello i need help,i have three sig p226 9mm LE mags all from sig not after market but one is refininshed with duracoat flat black but done by gunsmith . pined down to 10. how much will i get for thins? also how much will i have pay for used good shape kimber 45 tactical mags.

hhahaha lol, seriously? I guess I won't be getting my SIG mags from him, just maybe some M14 work.

TSE got some new OEM 10 rounders in for 40 bucks IIRC. I sold some 10/15 round magazines internally pinned for $30 a while back. MecGar's can be found in the states for around $20 bucks.

How are they pinned?

For your info, I bought 3 used Sig P226 original LE (they are made by MecGar) from another board member and paid 85$ shipped

BTW the OEM 10 rds from Sig are crap when compared to MecGar. 2 of my OEM can't even take 10 rds !!! :mad:

Cactus Tactical out of the US. Very fair shipping into Canada, too. I bought three 9mm 226 MecGar mags, at $21.95/unit, and paid something like $6.95 to have them shipped here.
 
Here's what I'll tell you.

Your pinned magazines will be worth more than any factory 10 rounder, simply because they're easier to load and are non-neutered. Because they're refinished, they're worth less than a used non-refinished mag, as duracoat is kinda lame in comparison to the factory parkerizing.

Assuming that your mags are zipperbacked, spot welded german Sig magazines with the circular Sig logo, I'd say $35 ea. But that's me.
 
x2 with pavehammer on all his points, including price of about $35 each.

still, $5 extra even should not be a big deal, as long as they work.

i have seen good and bad pinning jobs, with some heads grinded down so badly that one wonders if anything left to stay on and do its job,

a good flat head rivet, to make sure the mags drop free is what i look for.

have not met a mec gar mag that i don't like. they are terrific!
