Need Help Identifying Belgian Maker's Mark

I've been trying to figure out which company this mark belongs to, but I'm not having any luck. The gun has a Liege proof mark, so I'm assuming it's Belgian in origin. It looks like "F & C" over crossed pistols? Anybody know what this is?

The grips also have a mark on them - "MG"

Is that the one on the EE? Might just be me or the photos but it looks like the same shinagans that left the vise marks led to some distortion of the cylinder? Neat gun to be sure either way.

It's a different one that's listed. This one has thicker cylinder walls and locks up like a tank.
