Hey all,
So I recently got this op rod and while it is uncut, it has no markings on it anywhere.
I tried googling and searching but nothing pops up for an uncut I stamped op rod.

I've looked everywhere on it and so has a few friends. Nada on the stamping.

Here's some pics!

W/o markings it cannot be identified. It appears to be a first style rod w/o the relief cut and maybe the early slant cut/convex handle portion( photo isn't clear enough here). There was a vendor in Greece who was selling unmarked rods at one time, but they were not entirely to spec. Maybe you could show a close-up pic of the hump portion of the handle looking from the side and from a top down view.

All op rods made on military contracts, incl the Italian ones, had a drawing number of some sort as well as the makers identifying letters which were incl with the drawing number. SA,WRA,IHC,HRA,BMB,PB, or RA are the makers marks. Could be this one came from the Greek source. Does the tube portion show a couple of the expected bends after fitting to a rifle, or is it straight?
