Need help identifying m1a

I'm having trouble identifying and pricing this rifle. The barrel is true and consistently shoots 4" groups at 200m. There's no markings anywhere to be found. I think it's an early polytech from 30 years ago. The Garand is not for sale.

Early Norinco I think.

Different should be able to tell you when it was produced if you send him this picture

Yes, according to Different it's a CAI Norinco made in Sept '90. This rifle is well made and is much nicer than today's Norincos. The action is buttery and the groups are tight. I'm not sure if I'll keep it though.
 
I picked it up from an acquaintance at work. Most of these were imported to the States. It basically sat in storage all these years.
Someone told me it was an H&R receiver build, but there are no weld and mill marks.
