Need help identifying Mauser parts?

Hello, These came in a mixed lot of surplus partsI just bought. Any info on what model of rifle they are from would be much appreciated!

The ammo is 8x57.

K98 Mauser barrels and bolts. Should have good value if the bores are VG or better.

Bolts that haven't been altered by bubba have good value as well.
 
Firing pins are also Mauser. All those parts most likely are. Dont quote me on it but straight bolts could be G98, not K98. Earlier version of the rifle.

The barrels are not from K98ks. Look at the sight base, K98 have a little half moon notch for the hand guard, whereas these ones have a screw hole. Those barrels are most likely from M48s or some other Yugo variant. Hard to tell with the bolts, as the pictures are blurry.
 
I'm almost thinking South American contract stuff... got some of that myself. The barrels look like a carbine / short rifle bbl that is off a Peruvian mauser that languishes in a pile of parts in the Bunkhouse across the yard.
 
Not so sure about that M48 thing - I think they had that "safety breech" - a collar on rear of barrel around the chamber entrance - when that was removed the barrel ended up about 1/4" (6mm) short for a K98k replacement. Once that collar removed, seem to headspace just fine in a K98k - just that the barrel was that much too short... I would suspect there would be stampings or marking on the barrels to help ID what they were from?

I am 100% sure they are not German K98ks. Could be from Model 24/47s, Vz. 24, basically any Mauser with that full length hand guard.

That is also possible. A lot of South American Mausers have that full length hand guard.

Which are basically K98s. Brazilian 1908/1935, variations of 98 mauser have the same sight bases. and the screw holes are there to hold the upper handguard.

I don't know of any South American Mausers that were ordered in 8mm. The barrels are also K98 length.

The barrel on the left in the last photo, might be a 7.65x53 because the 8x57 cartridge is sticking out of the chamber to far. Maybe from a Belgian 98 clone the 1935, as built for Peru or Iran?

I tried a 7.65x53 round in them and the bullet falls right into the muzzle to the brass with no resistance and I can push it beyond flush into the chamber so I think they are 8x57.

I think the barrel is the correct length fo a VZ24. I have one in the back of my safe that I will dig out tomorrow to compare.

Do the straight-bolts have a "Z" stamped on the handle or anywhere? That may indicate they are czech. I had a K98 russian capture with all German parts but when I bought it came covered in cosmoline with a VZ24 straight-bolt.
