Need help identifying maverick 88 barrel! Is it real or fake??

Thanks for checking . I tried calling maverick and got hung up on 3 times.... no wonder there reviews suck

Buy it.....doesn't matter whats stamped on it

That said, there was no branding on the barrel of my 18.5 Maverick. Sold it to someone who used it for a Mossberg 500. Same barrel.
