Need help identifying tang sight.

Hi all, thought I`d try here as I got no answers on the Blackpowder and Antiques forum.

I need help identifying the manufacturer or brand of this Sharps style Creedmoor Vernier tang sight. There are no other markings aside for those in the picture. There`s a 0 and under it what looks like the stylized silhouette of some kind of long legged bird. Any info would be appreciated.
