From my experience it looks like Sellier & Bellot made. AFAIK they're the only ones to have been repackaged into plastic sleeves on stripper clips.

100% surplus though regardless

The -43 is the model, not to be confused with x39, the case length.

Agreed, looks like Czech Sellier & Bellot surplus, definitely corrosive.

It was so convenient that they packed them on clips already, Marstar's Polish stuff doesn't come on clips, so you have to take the time to load a clip before heading out.
