As some of you may know, I have an affinity for rifles with "mannlicher" stocks. I am dealing on this Anschutz and am having trouble identifying it. As indicated, it has a "mannlicher" or stutzen stock and is chambered in 22 WMR, but marked 22 magnum. Near as I can tell, it is based on the 64 action, but those in the know can confirm this. Rifle has DST (dual set triggers) and is marked "J G Anschutz GmbH Waffenfabrik Ulm/D Germany" Barrel has a proof mark with "62" on it. Is this similar to Brno's marking of the year? Flip up rear sights are marked 100 and 150 (yards or meters?).
Condition of the rifle is about 75%. Any value of this would be appreciated as well.
Thanks much!
Chris
