My mom was in Belarus (White Russia, Minsk and surrounding areas) and the people she was with said that the area was a huge battlefield during WWII. She brought these back for me but I dont know what they are.

First: a small bullet found in Belarus (silver bullet is 9mm luger for size reference)

Second one: I suspect the black bullet is a 7.92x57 the head stamp reads "P340 S* 3 38" also found in Belarus. The silver bullet is one I bought at an air show when I was young the head stamp reads "1942 114 DAC" (the brass bullet is a .223 for size comparisons)

Any help would be appreciated. :)

P182 cannot find reference to this makers code, are you sure of this number?
S* 72% copper brass
27 38 Lot 27 made in 1938 by this manufacturer

Minsk was a center of German resistance to the Russian advance in 1944. 80% was destroyed.
The silver coloured case is a .303 brit DP round.
