I found this mag in a parts box, it looks familiar but I can't quite associate it with a specific model.

The profile of the follower looks like those used for Unique D-series MAPF pistols, D2 through D6. There were a few different patterns of magazine made for those so hard to say for sure about the cut-out. The floor plate is a bit different too, the ribbing isn't something I've seen on a Unique floorplate, but that could just be another variant.
 
there is a star 22 target model posted in the EE with 2 mags pictured, need better pictures of them but this one looks like the 2 posted
 
I compared it to a couple of Llamas, 22 and .25 and altho close, not a match. I still think I agree with earlier post of Star or similar.
