need help ID'ing an SKS

Hi guys.A friend of mine just bought an SKS from milarm.They told him it was new, and being a newbie, he just took their word for it.Needless to say, its a real beater,covered in pitting,etc....
Any way, I need help IDing this gun.The left side of the reciever has a star, then serial number 103507N. The right side of the reciever has a triangle with a 3 in it.The Bolt carrier is marked CM3811.
I will try ang get some pics posted.
Meanwhile,does anyone know what any of these numbers ,letters,markings etc mean???

Chinese gun, most likely.

Does it have a blade or a spike bayonet? Can you post pictures of it?
