Need help installing 1911 sights

Guys I got nightsights installed onto my colt 1911 by my gunsmith and the front post is so loose it feels like its gonna fall off.
Guess my gunsmith might be getting a lil old, I know he is tired of the business so is there any gunsmiths out there that could get it done? I'm in NB. Don't mind shipping it in the country if the one who is doing the work can get it done properly!

Any help, name numbers is appreciated.
