hey guys i am thinking about getting a CZ 858. however, i can not stand the grip on it than i saw CZ 858 with MOE grip and that looks great. i saw a few of them kicking abound here and i really need instruction on how. please help. thanks

Grip comes off super easy. Single screw through the bottom of the grip. Straight swap over, 
Check out the FAB Defense kits for the fore end also. I have one dolled up in just FAB stuff and the other that I shoot 3 gun with is a bit of a mish-mash of things that I like best.

It's not a straight swap. You either need to modify the MOE by reshaping and building up the front of it, or by modifying a grip adapter.
The second option is the easiest. Get an Ace AK/AR grip adapter from Brownells, reshape it to fit in the VZ grip plate, oval out the screw hole in the MOE, cut off the "tail" and bolt it in. Second option pictured below:
