Need Help Looking for a Free Operation/service manual Downlaod site for Norinco CQA

Hello

I have a used Norinco CQA 223 rifle that I would like to have the Operation/Service manual for. Can anyone post me a link to a free download site that does not need you to join them first or have anything from them downloaded by me first.
I have done a google search and am unable to find one.

Any AR manual will work fine - the actual Norinco manual is more famous for it's Chinglish than for being a fountain of information.

It's not like a Haynes manual for a car, more like "don't point this at your face and pull the trigger" "Devastating firepower out to 500m".
