Need help pricing a Vintage German made Weatherby .257

I've got a chance to purchase a mid 60's German made Weatherby.257 with original Weatherby scope in great condition what is a rifle like this worth these days, thanks in advance

I have a 257 Weatherby built in 1954 it has a 6x power Lyman scope. I bought it last year for 1500.00.
Its in gorgeous shape.

I think $1500 is probably about right for a minty one. I actually would prefer a Japanese made Weatherby for a shooter.
