Burris Signature Zee rings are good and what's especially nice about them is that they will not mar the scope. Additionally the 30mm Signature Zee rings come with the offset inserts should you need extra elevation. The high size are 0.93" from the base to mid-scope tube, while the Extra High size are 1.18" from the base to the middle of the scope. You can get two weaver-style bases that use the D&T holes or you can get a rail. The height of the rings will be determined by which you choose. Of course if you choose weaver-style rings, there are many choices available to use with the rail.
If you prefer to use the 11mm dovetail grooves in the receiver, the choices are a little more limited because of the size of the scope. With its 65mm outside diameter objective bell, a lot of height is needed. The steel Talley rimfire rings in 30mm aren't high enough but BKL makes 30mm rings that are. I use them on Anschutz bench rifles with scopes that have an objective bell a little wider than that of the Nightforce.
Talley makes good and nice rings that mount directly to the D&T holes in the receiver but they aren't high enough to accommodate the NF scope.
Edit to add: I use Burris Signature Zee rings with delrin 11mm dovetail-to-weaver adapters on my 1710 HB.
