I have a ruger 10/22 that I would like to build out. Would like to install a GM or Lilja barrel and rebuild the action or better yet get a new Volquartsen action complete. Don't know if these are available in Canada, if so would appreciate someone steering me in the right direction with who to contact. If you have suggestions to better the build please feel free to suggest improvements....
