Need help to identify this ammo pls

I found these rounds mixed in with 7.62x54R, they're like a bottle neck, rimmed. 5 rounds on a stripper clip.
The head stamp reads:
1938
VII
& looks like a nazi symbol

Soory about the bad(cell camrea) photo's, your help is much appreciated.

That is exactly how mine look, same headstamp, primer, stripper clip and all. I think the 95/30 is possibly more accurate though.

I bought a bunch at the Eganville show a few years back and don't have a gun to shoot it in. Soon bought a few that fit the ammo and they remain among my favourites.

Nowadays Grafs makes brass, Hornady makes bullets, and Lee makes a bullet mold and dies, so the ammo is not essential.
