Need help understanding CGN "infractions"

Don't let the trolls bait you into a infraction.
There are a few on here that get off on confrontation & picking fights but know how to push the envelope to the edge of the table but not over.
It's apparent after a week on here who they are.
The best countermeasure for a bait is ignore the baiting troll.
No retort you make will dent a trolls ego as much as ignoring him will.
And for them it's all about feeding their egos.

Best post in the thread.

Funny if certain people like to "bait " so much why are they still here? As the would be in direct contravention of the rules
I have gotten a few infractions for such behaviour , though it I was non intentional..... so if these people are still here why are they?
Esp if the regards to rules .... everybody is equal? Just curious as nobody can tell me via pm.

Between CGN and the "other site", I've learned you get infractions at the whim of the infractor. No rhyme, no reason, just depends on their mood. Don't take it personally.

If that's the case I guess that's why some many former member are there and why it's growing..... people get tired when treated like crap... they leave

Crikey - anyone heard of common purpose!? That's what gets my goat. There is so much fragmentation that it is too easy to put all of us on a tee and square off on the ball.

I put annoying posters on my ignore list. If saying in person what you are saying online would start a fistfight or prompt a LEO visit you will get an infraction. Not difficult to stay generally out of trouble. Many posters I have no desire to meet. Others who have proven their ability to discuss topics while staying civil I would enjoy meeting. Life is too short to be a dumbass.

Try dealing with parents of under 11 sports teams.....

That's what most of them do. And when it's time to fund raise to travel, crickets. So I offer a free drop off session for two hours with no compensation other than maybe seeing your child execute something correctly.

The Parents that volunteered got a better deal on the fees,I obviously didnt and im fine with that. Either way I pay for him to play a sport. Not to waste my time collecting bottles.

Hmmm, we didn't get a better deal on fees and on top donated $300 under our business to lessen other participants fees despite the fact we paid full whack for our kid.

That is hilarious. Perhaps if a banned member has been the source of infractions, then those that responded to the infracted should have their infractions reduced as a result?

Haha that's funny. I don't have anyone on the IGNORE list, but some people I just skip over their comments. Some people are always so negative, you kinda feel sorry for anyone in their actual personal life. And others adopt stupid internet lingo speech, so may as well just skip past that, too.

Except Dirt McGirt. He only pops up when necessary, and is funny as hell :)
