need help with 303 parts

I was more less given a long branch 1943 #4 mk1 that looks like the barrel has never been shot, Its missing the bolt,mag,triger spring,butt plate and the bolt that holds the butt stock to the gun,the fore arm upper wood and the two barrel bands,can you guys leed me in the right direction with this I would like to put it back togeather and shoot it,but dont want to spend a pile?

Welcome to the Enfield addiction :)

Granite pretty much summerizes it well. Also, there are a few suppliers in the States that could help you get whatever you can't find easily around here. I think starting with the CGN members is likely a good idea, you could get bits and pieces for not much. I may have a few spares, and other members have too.

One aspect that will influence maybe not the total money spent but the time spent looking for parts is if you insist on finding "LB" stamped parts.

I would buy another No 4 and transfer the missing parts. Then sell off the remaining parts here to recoup some of the costs. I bet this works out the cheapest and you don't have hunt for parts all over the place which take can take a lot of time and effort. Of course, whatever you do, you need to have the finished rifle headspaced. Just my $0.02......:):):)
