I've been trying to track down a couple of these rear bands for quite some time. Basically I'm working on a restoration of a couple rifles, and need 2 of these before I can start on the completion. I'm hoping it looks familiar to someone and can point me to a band that is similar that is more attainable.
The band in question is on the right, the band on the left is for a mauser, and its the closest I can find, but its a bit small:
I'm sure someone has a couple in their parts box with no idea what they are. The band in question is for a 1903 Ross.
