We are working on a new gun but are desperately in need of an Armalite AR10 upper assembly in order to see if it is truly non-compatable with what we are doing.
If anyone in the Calgary area could see fit to lend us an AR10 upper for about 30 seconds it would really help us in getting the project closer to becoming reality.

If you can't find anyone close by to help you out, drop me a line and I can mail you my AR-10 upper if you want to cover postage. I live in Regina.

The Armalite AR10 is only a restricted firearm not converted auto, but I appreciate your willingness to help.

Sorry I misunderstood, I assumed you meant the original AR-10

which are only converted auto but would qualify as non-restricted if a semi-auto version was ever built.

A newly built rifle on the original AR-10 pattern (pre-AR15) would be non restricted. Most of the old rifles are prohib due to being converted autos as factory-made, semi-only rifles were rare or perhaps never made.

PM sent

There were semi only AR10s produced in Europe. I haven't had much luck figuring out how many in total but some did make it to Canada.

There is an Eagle Arms AR-10 with 16" on the EE page 2 seller is Swampy.

Just buy his then put it back up for sale when your done with it.

I would have bought it myself but my bank account is still recovering from my RFB purchase:)

Good luck
