Grab the bolt shroud in your right hand and the bolt body and handle in your left hand and turn the shroud clockwise until the bolt is cocked. This takes considerable force and you might want to put a glove on your right hand. Once the firing mechanism is cocked the bolt should be easy to insert back into the action.
