Need help with my CZ-858 Tactical

Hi guys I just bought a CZ-858 and I can't adjust the front sight. It's way off to the left and I read the instructions and tried to use the tool given to me to adjust the site but I can't get it to budge. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.
 
This should probably be in the red rifles forum, anyway you need a sight tool get it from Tradeex site sponsor.

You have to whack it with a hammer and punch to break the paint seal - then an sks tool can move it-
