Need help with Russian scope

Hoping someone can help me with my Russian scope. I need to know the English equivalents for the Cyrillic characters on the turrets. The top turret has an arrow and the letter B. The turret on the right side has the same arrow and the letter n. Any ideas? Thanks. I have the manual for the scope but it is in Russian ;-).

The 'b' is a 'v' for vertical, the 'n' is an 'h' for horizontal.
 
The scope is a modern replica by Vomz, the packaging is in Russian, it says P3, 5x20 on the box. I have it mounted on an SVT-40. I am taking it to EOHC tomorrow morning to sight it in.
